Blessings

This may be trivial, but I have noticed a lot of high end automobiles with scripture or God on the license plates. By high end, I am referring to Mercedes, BMW's, Lexus, and others of that ilk.
Many of those tags will mention how blessed, favored, or thankful the supposed owner is. This got me to thinking. Are their blessings based on material things? Without those things, am I still blessed? I really don't see those tags as much on vehicles of a much lower price point. What do you think?

I do agree that those type of tags are not normally found on vehicles with a lower price tag, however I don't believe that the drivers of the more expesive cars are only thankful for their material gifts. I think they are just trying to show folks that you can have nice things if you trust and believe and delight in the Lord. People take notice of nice things much faster then not, so to reach out to those who prehaps may not be saved , people tend to advertise Jesus on their expensive vehicles.

Some folks just love God with all their heart. They have followed Christ, and have been faithful servants. Some of those people have nice vehicles, some don't. But sometimes, I don't look as closely at the things that aren't so nice, such as a older, not-so-fancy car. The tags or bumper stickers may have the same kind of appreciation, but I didn't notice because I was looking at that nice lexus. lol

I think, your health is your wealth. But all things equal with money is easier.

As a nurse I see people all the time with money and a terminal illnesss...Average people who are healthy are so much bette, but I bet their do not realize that.

God blesses people in all kinds of ways. Sometimes its material things and sometimes its not. It all depends on what God has for you.

I think that it depends on the person and what they have receieved from God. I drive a $10,000 car and I've thought about putting that type of tag on my car because I know that I'm blessed in so many ways not just by the car I drive.

We receive all kinds of blessings and a lot of times we aren't even aware of them. Have you ever left your phone at home and had to turn around only to be late to work? You are so frustrated about being late that you don't realize that 10 minutes saved your life because some idiot was driving on the wrong side of the expressway. Each day we wake up with new Grace and Mercy lets us know we are Blessed. Blessed to have one more day to get it right!
